Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination, or its equivalent, the last two years of such study should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Should have secured not less than 50% in English and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. (For B. Pharm-besides Biology-Maths, Bio-Technology or Computer Sciences also is acceptable)
Age: Seventeen years to be completed but not exceeded 25 years as on 31-12-2008.

Duration of Examination is 180 Minutes
The syllabus for Amrita Entrance Examination is as per the 10 + 2 examination (CBSE). Each MCQ will consist of a stem and four options, labeled A, B, C and D. Only one of the options is correct and for each correct response the candidate will be awarded three marks.
Negative Marking: For each incorrect response one mark will be deducted from the total score.
