Application Procedure

A candidate can apply for the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination by either Online or Offline (regular paper application) application.

Application Fees:

  • Rs.400/- (General Category) and Rs. 200/- (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Category). This includes cost of Bulletin as well as Examination Fee.
  • The Application can be obtained by Cash payment or Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Delhi.
  • If the Application material is requested by Post and Additional Rs. 50 should be added for Postage charges. Thus the Draft should be of Rs. 450/- (GE) and Rs. 250/- (SC/ST).
  • The Designated Banks will charge a service charge of Rs. 5/- in addition to the Application/Examination Fees.
  • Candidate should write the name, address and application number on the back of the Demand Draft.

OnlineApplication

Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.cbse.nic.in. The candidate should supply all details while filling up the online form. Candidates are required to take a print of the Online Application after successful submission of data. The print out of the computer generated Application Form (completely filled out), with the examination fees (demand draft), should be sent to (by Speed Post/Registered Post):

Offline Application

Offline submission of application may be made on the prescribed Application Form through speed post/registered post. The Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be obtained from prescribed CBSE Offices and Canara Banks.

Application Forms

Sale of Application Forms:

Specified branches of Canara Bank.

  • The Canara bank will not send the Information bulletin by post. The form should be purchased in Person.
  • The designated Banks will charge Rs. 5/- as Service Charge for the sale of Information Bulletin in addition to the fee.
  • Candidate should buy the Information Bulletin only from the designated branches of the Canara Bank and not from any private publisher/vender.

The Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained from the following offices of the CBSE:
